Ordering/Shipping
When placing an order, please be certain to give your sales representative all information...color, size, quantity and all item numbers (if known). Following this procedure will insure accurate processing of your order.

Local Delivery for clients up to 45 miles from our warehouse.    

  • Local deliveries over $400.00 will have free delivery
  • Local deliveries of $200-$399.00 will have a $10.00 delivery fee
  • Local deliveries under $200.00 will have a $20.00 delivery fee

Freight LTL orders will be pulled and shipped within 48 hours of order placement.

  •   All freight fees will be applied to invoice after customer approval.

      UPS delivery will go out the day that the order is placed, as long as it is received prior to 3:00PM.

      • All UPS fees will be applied to invoice after customer approval.

      Returns
      Please contact our credit return department and a return authorization number will be assigned. All return claims must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Defective items do not apply. Any unused items must be returned in its original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a fifteen (15%) percent restocking and handling fee on all returnable merchandise. Southfield Sign Supply reserves the right to refuse the return of any item.

      Any error in pricing or claims for damaged or lost product must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Damaged or defective product may be replaced at our discretion. Customer is responsible for fees of any shipping cost

      NET Terms
      Open accounts are available to qualified companies on credit approval. Open accounts carry net 30 terms with interest charges of one and one half (1.5%) percent per month levied against all delinquent accounts. To open an account, a credit application must be filed with our credit department. You may apply for Net 30 terms with credit limits by completing our Credit Application. Please allow three to four weeks for approval notification. 

      Until such time, all accounts will be on a pre-paid or COD (credit card or company check) basis.

      We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and C.O.D. 

      For resellers and tax exempt customers, proper licenses are required for exemption from sales taxes on certain purchases.

      Southfield Sign Supply will add $30.00 automatically to your account for any and all checks that do not clear the bank. If your check bounces or fails to clear the bank for any reason, you are liable for three times the amount of the check or a minimum of two hundred ($200.00) dollar collection fee
